You are responsible for picking up your share each week. Please Note: There is an exact number of shares available on each pick-up day according to our pick-up list. Pick-up lists will be filled as we receive payments on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive a pick-up confirmation email to confirm your weekly pick-up day. Your assigned pick-up day will be for the entire summer.
Please bring your own bags (2-3). Consider bringing your own small cloth bags to wrap produce.
Our pick-up location will be at the NEFF barn at the very end of Wilderness Rd. There is very limited parking outside the barn, and we encourage everyone to use the parking lot next to the Fire Station, and walk up to the barn. If you have to drive, we ask that you respect the residences along Wilderness Rd., and drive no faster than 10 mph.
Please only take the produce you are instructed to take/pick by the farm chalkboard, and read carefully so there is the same amount of produce available for all share members.
If you cannot pick-up your share, feel free to arrange for someone else to pick it up for you. You are responsible for explaining the pick-up location and procedures to your substitute. If your share is not picked up, it will be donated to a local food bank (most probably Loaves & Fishes or Catholic Charities food pantry in Lowell). We ask that you send us an email at email@example.com to give us a heads up.
Safety is a priority for us on our working farm. Children require special attention and supervision when they visit the farm. An adult must escort anyone under 18 at all times.
As a shareholder, you are sharing the risk of the farmer. You are investing in Mother Nature’s cooperation and our community mission of locally farmed produce and educational programs. There are no refunds in the event of crop failure.
Please wash all produce before eating and store properly as soon as possible. Eat and enjoy!
All shareholders must agree to above, and we kindly ask that you click HERE to confirm.
