Kale is a wonderfully versatile leafy green that can be served as a standalone side dish, either cooked or raw, or can be incorporated into some of your favorite dishes to add a punch of nutrition.

Come join us for a cooking class with Shimon Ben-Shir where he will cook a variety of delicious dishes starring Kale.

Shimon was trained at Dvir Culinary Institute in Israel and had the pleasure and the opportunity to work as a chef at a French restaurant, cook in Swiss restaurant kitchen and hotels. His love affair with food preparation started long before, in his mother’s kitchen.
